Le Chloé MedSpa was co-founded by Robert Rossi, a Registered Nurse with over two decades of clinical experience, and Sonia Rossi, a seasoned entrepreneur with 16+ years running her own businesses. Together they brought the same commitment to patient care that defined Robert's nursing career to a boutique aesthetic practice in the heart of Katy, Texas.
Robert's clinical background — spanning cancer care at MD Anderson and hospice medicine through Blue Star Hospice — gave him a depth of compassion and a standard of care that is rare in the med spa industry. Sonia's business acumen shaped the warm, high-touch patient experience that Le Chloé is known for throughout Katy and the greater Houston area.

Robert Rossi, RN
Robert Rossi is a Registered Nurse and Co-Founder of Le Chloé MedSpa in Katy, TX, bringing over 24 years of clinical experience — including cancer care at MD Anderson Cancer Center and founding Blue Star Hospice, Inc. — to every patient interaction. His clinical background gave him a depth of compassion and a standard of care that is rare in aesthetic medicine, and after extensive injectable training, Robert channeled that expertise into building one of Katy's most trusted med spas. Known for his artistic eye, precise technique, and genuine commitment to natural-looking results, he has built a loyal following of patients throughout Katy and the Greater Houston area who trust him to deliver outcomes that are both beautiful and safe. Outside the spa, Robert enjoys traveling with his family, fishing, and is an active member of his church.

Andres is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Le Chloé MedSpa in Katy, TX, specializing in aesthetics, regenerative medicine, and wellness-focused care. Internationally trained and known for his precision and artistic eye, he takes a concierge-level approach to every patient — taking time to understand individual goals, lifestyle, and medical history before designing a personalized treatment plan. Sonia Rossi is the Co-Founder and Spa Director of Le Chloé MedSpa in Katy, TX, and the driving force behind the elevated patient experience the practice is known for throughout the Greater Houston area. With over 16 years of entrepreneurial experience as the owner of her own Insurance and Tax practices — and as Co-Owner and CFO of Blue Star Hospice, Inc. alongside her husband Robert — Sonia brings a rare combination of business acumen, financial expertise, and genuine passion for people to the Le Chloé brand. From the moment a patient walks through the door to every follow-up interaction, she ensures the experience reflects the warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail that sets Le Chloé apart. It is Sonia's personal mission that every patient feels like a Le Chloé VIP — and she holds herself and the entire team to that standard, without exception.

Savannah, LE
Savannah is a licensed aesthetician at Le Chloe Med Spa in Katy, Texas, where she brings a thoughtful blend of clinical experience, skincare expertise, and genuine care to every client she serves. A proud mother of two girls, Savannah began her career in the medical field as a medical assistant in 2019 before following her passion for aesthetics in 2023.
Since transitioning into aesthetics, she has dedicated herself to helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and empowered in their skin through personalized treatments, education, and a results-driven approach. Savannah is known for her compassion, attention to detail, and wellness-focused philosophy, all of which guide her commitment to delivering healthy, lasting results.

Karina
Karina is the Spa Manager at Le Chloé MedSpa in Katy, TX and one of the driving forces behind the patient experience the practice is known for. A proud five-year U.S. Navy veteran, she transitioned into healthcare after completing her military service in 2016 — working as a Medical Assistant and phlebotomist before joining the Le Chloé family three years ago. Starting at the front desk and earning her way into a leadership role, Karina now oversees the day-to-day patient experience at Le Chloé — building lasting relationships, ensuring every patient feels like family, and bringing a rare combination of military precision and genuine warmth to everything she does. When she's not at the spa, you'll find her cheering on her boys at basketball and football games, traveling the world, or relaxing on a beach somewhere.

Bella, LE
Bella is a medical esthetician and phlebotomist with a clinical background in plastic surgery and dermatology. With three years of experience in medical aesthetics, she takes a science-driven approach to skincare, focusing on evidence-based protocols, thoughtful assessment, and personalized care that supports each client’s goals while respecting each person’s unique skin needs.
She is naturally curious and detail-oriented, so she enjoys conversations that go beyond “what looks good.” Bella likes discussing skin health, product selection, treatment timelines, and what results are realistically achievable—along with the reasoning behind each step. Her style is professional yet approachable, with a clear commitment to explaining the “why” in a way that helps clients feel informed and comfortable.
Bella is currently continuing her clinical development through nursing, further strengthening her understanding of anatomy, clinical decision-making, and safety standards—so clients can feel confident from consultation through follow-up
